Having run my own baby and toddler classes successfully for a number of years I took the decision to franchise the business as I wanted to make the lifestyle I had created, working around my family, doing something fun and rewarding that also made a difference in my community to more women in a similar situation that I had been in.

Tots Play now has 40 franchisees across the UK, most of whom who are working around a young family and the franchise programme, and everything around it, has been specifically designed with this in mind. Having come to running a business from the same situation as many of our franchisees, I am able to advise and share experience from this perspective, and help them define and pursue what success means for them individually, rather than just being focused on traditional measures of business performance.
