Rugbytots Scotland over the last ten years has expanded it's coverage going from a small business of just a few classes in Edinburgh in 2008 to eight franchise areas in 2017. Thousands of children now regularly attend a Rugbytots class and the business also provides employment for around 30 people, and rising.  Kirsty is a true champion for the working parent and after leaving a successful career in accountancy, started up Rugbytots in Scotland with her husband with the aim of creating a better work/life balance. Agile working practices are in operation at Rugbytots HQ. Investment in technology and communication effectively support this, meaning that there is no need for any of the staff to be physically the office. This is particularly helpful to the team members who have young children, allowing them the opportunity to do the school run, or those who like to simply work from their own premises.
