Bernadette has CEO experience that includes raising finance, start-up challenges, boardroom negotiations, company development, NPD and growth strategy.  She advises and consults to a number of companies and is currently CEO at Splash About.

She started her first company at 22 and has had 25 years experience dealing with and creating brands that have sold into Retail and Distribution, both in the UK and internationally. She has extensive experience in balancing manufacturing, branding and positioning with tight cash flows and ardent competition.
