The Pefect Recruitment Advert - What's That all About?

If you've chatted to one of our Customer Account Managers already (lucky you!) you'd probably already have realised that The perfect recruitment advertit's very important to use that we showcase your flexible working vacancy in the best way possible.

Initially we'll run through your advert, making mental notes as we go to asses how well your listing will attract our job hunters.

Your job title

- this should be short, use relevant key words, not be all upper case (there's no need to shout). Think 'what would my ideal cadidate be googling in order to find me).

Your image

- this should ideally be a hi-res or very good quality image, either a logo or an enticing shot that's relevant to your business.  Watch out for copywritten images, if you're struggling to find one please ask us, we have many stock images that can be used.

Your Description

- be clear, if you're vague any interested applicants could worry that your opportunity isn't legitimate.  Make the most of any awards that you may have, tell your potential recruit how fab your business is and why this applies to them- see our feature 'how to win business awards'. Be friendly and approachable, reflect your personality in your copy.

Check your links

So you've made your advert, you think it says what you want it to, but where should it link through to? Your website? Your email address?  Our managers can even pop your social media pages into your listing.  But if you do change any of these please let us know, your links are crucial for receiving repsonses.

If you're still in doubt and you need some advice please feel free to fill out our contact form here >>
