My view

Name: Jenny

Location: Wirral and Ellesmere Port

Life: 1 Little girl – 5 years old

How often do you work?
I run classes over four days per week and have a day off in the week to myself while my daughter is still in school!

How does the job fit around your family life?
Without running my own flexible business, I wouldn’t be able to manage school picks ups – which are so important to me to be there for my little girl. School holidays would also be a disaster! Being my own boss has opened more avenues of flexibility than I could ever have imagined!

How much time do you commit?
Around 30 hours per week.

Where do you carry out your work?
We operate our classes out of various spaces including church halls and community centres offering adequate facilities to make parents feel comfortable!

Do you need a car?
Yes

Do you get support/training?
Yes. Our franchise package has a dedicated manager from set up, launch and opening along with a structured program to get you feeling confident not only running classes but with running your own business. You will never feel alone in Mini Magoos!

Would you recommend this opportunity to others?
No two days ever feel the same and it’s a job where you literally cannot feel unhappy seeing lots of smiling babies! The support you will offer to your parents in your area is invaluable, you really feel like you are making a difference while giving yourself a great earning potential!

Do you advertise?
We mainly use social media for our online presence but you cannot beat plain old word of mouth from which we gain the majority of our clients.

Are there any downsides to the role?
It’s a truly physically demanding role. You will be exhausted but its very worth it!
