The franchisee role is to bring the City to their local area: using our tailored backdrops, bring a unique play opportunity to children and their parents/carers. 

We are an entirely mobile role play City for the under 5’s to explore, discover and enjoy. We are a multi-award-winning and fun business to join. Our team, all self-employed, are extremely close-knit and supportive and love what we do. At Little City we bring the opportunity of role play to life with bespoke backdrops, high quality toys and a brand that appeals to all parents, we've had success up and down the country with our week day events, party hire, festivals & school hire. 

Our children are our biggest observers they have watched us as adults go to the supermarket, post letters in the Post Office and style our hair. At Little City they can ‘be’ grown ups: where nothing is off limits, they can be the hairdresser, the mechanic, the builder, the café owner and much, much more.

We aim 

• To provide an inclusive pretend-play experience for all parents, carers and children under 5, open to all the community.
• To enable children to explore role play in their way, with no boundaries or limitations irrespective of gender, race, culture or ability.
• To offer an open, safe and inviting environment where all customers feel confident and valued.

We're looking for self-motivated individuals keen to work for themselves and with children and their parents. Our team is entirely independent, we offer a role where you can really influence change and how the business is run. Our reputation and reviews are all about how safe, clean and friendly our events are. Can you deliver this whilst running your own unique business? We'd love to hear from you if so.

Investment Required:
£5995 + Vat for initial licence fee (2 year minimum licence) Purchase of van (tbc) Purchase of all toys and equipment for your city £3000

Hours:
The franchisee picks their own hours and days worked; we recommend working 2-3 days a week (events are usually in the mornings). Some weekend work is required for party and private hire.

Salary/Wage/Earnings:

Each event (per day) can earn anywhere between £100 - £200 a day

A creative, self-motivated individual keen to work with children and their parents. We're looking for people who want to drive their own business, input their own ideas and work independently within our dispersed but close-knit team. All team members must be DBS checked, and complete first aid and safeguarding training.
